The Institute maintains a reference library to provide the necessary infrastructure for the researchers and analysts. The INSAP Library holds over 500 books. The books are categorized into 15 categories: cultural, economic, education, foreign politic, general, home politic, history, legal, lifelong learning, miscellaneous, MCA, religion, report, social and statistics.

Important international magazines and other professional journals related to INSAP are also available in the Institute's library. Besides, the Institute has acquired a wide collection of reports and documents covering different facets of economics, politics, legal, education and others.

The Institute, however, proposes to further enrich its library by adding to its existing collection more books, research journals, periodicals, magazines and papers to furnish up to date information and material.

The Institute has established a data bank for cataloguing and indexing of research materials. This will facilitate the retrieval of information in the chosen field.
